FAQs

Where does granite come from?
Mother earth herself has taken 30 million years to make this stunning beautiful & highly durable stone from a variety of exotic places all over the world. Mother Nature’s granite color, shading, pattern, & so called “Natural imperfections” are all unique to your granite selection.

How long does the whole process of installation take start to finish?
Depending on the stone availability & our installation schedule. Each project would typically take approximately 3-7 days to complete.

Can I put my hot pots & pans from the stove or oven on my granite countertops?
Absolutely yes! Just think about how many million of year’s granite has been subjected to the harsh climates & extreme temperature changes of our earth. A 300-600 degree pot or pan sitting & cooling isn’t going to damage your granite countertops.

How do I clean & care for my stone countertops?
Quite simply. Use soap & water, never abrasives. To avoid streaking, dry the countertop with a dry cloth, or even sprit it with a bit of rubbing alcohol & wipe down with a paper towel. Rubbing alcohol not only disinfects the surface, but shines your stone tops without any streaks.

How to protect you countertop
1. Surface should be dry for 6-12 hours before sealing.
2. Clean countertop surface using cleaner.

4. Liberally spray the entire surface until it is wet (Outer edges may dry quicker).
5. When surface begins to dry within 3-5 minutes, wet the surface again with the sealer (This will allow the sealer to properly penetrate and cure)
6. After 30 minutes, wipe off excess sealer from the surface with a clean and dry white terry cloth towel.
7. If excess dries on the surface, spray more sealer onto the surface and wipe off immediately with a clean dry terry cloth towel.
8. * repeat steps (3-7) 3-4 hours later, you can apply 3 times.

This is our suggestion for general stone care products, always read the instruction carefully before applying sealer and polish.

Always test first in a small area for desired results before applying to entire surface.
